A plant can look droopy that has been over or under watered, nutrient deficient, wrong temps, list goes on. One symptom can't identify the issue. That's all I meant, wasn't trying to be a dick, should've worded it better.

Mt temps are 76 rh is 45 and 55 %, and if it was under watered I would know what that looked like I have under watered my out door so many times its not funny, I usually don't care, but now I'm growing auto flowers from Herbie's and any little thing can stunt there growth
there is nothing wrong with that seedling, sometimes the leaves droop on babies. If you are watering it properly then dont worry it will be fine. Dont try to do too much.
