currently have a gnat problem and its time for all my plants to be watered but i want to use the neem oil to get all the eggs out of the plants...then again i really think they need there nutes right now. is there a way to add both. i was told not to mix the 2 into a solution. could i just pour my neem oil first and then pour my nutes in. let me know how this will effect my plant and how it will effect the gnats as well. thanks guys please reply fast!

In my experience neem didn't work I had to get gnatoff for the soil (larvae)then I let a fortefumer smoke bomb off for the flying one's and obviously some stickies and it worked for me before that I had tried EVERYTHING but to no avail. These pest r really hard to get rid of so its been a week since I used the above and since then I've only seen some dead ones so hopefully I'm rid of these pesky little fuckers(had to chop one of my best plants because of them so act quickly and eradicate them for good....

If it was Me(and I've been having issues with Fungus Gnats and Spider Mites on and off over the years) I'd give em Nutes 1st separately and then the Neem Oil/Soap Solution. I did read somewhere...could've been R.I.U. but putting half Inch>Inch Layer of Sand is supposed to help with keeping em at bay and part of the eradication method...though never used so I can't say if this works or not?

Hope you sort..

I do my watering/feeds in stages(on the day in question) only about an hour or so apart, but I find this helps(me) others have their own way of doing things(each to their own) I started doing it this way when I started using a few Air-Pots in my grows..
Back to what you was saying; When I mixed my Neem/Soap solution it's always been in smaller batches...

500ml Warm Water
5ml(medicine spoon) of Horticultural Soap
2.5ml(other end of medicine spoon) of Neem Oil
and stirred well then I use as foliar spray and drench leaves(underneath and on top),stem the lot..then I spray all the soil, corners etc..sides of pots....and then I tend to run out(LOL) make some more and slowly!! give each plant 500ml Soil Drench.

IDK if this helps?
