is there any water well experts or knowlagable persons

Im having some issues with my water well that ive asked several people about and not getting any results with the recommendations, This well is literally 1 foot away from my grow room and im in a illegal state.. so i cant be calling my land lord or plumber unless its absolutely needed...
the problem ; the well is a single 1 inch shallow driven well, i have a shallow well jet pump that is above ground.. there is no way for me to check any part of the well pipe except throwing a string down to check well level.
air spitting out of faucets and toilets making weird noises when flushed. the water is right there when you turn on the valves, then will spit air and water and some times just air, but most times will run and flow with good pressure but will have the air spitting out in between those times.
what ive done to correct the issue;
i noticed a small water seep at the outlet of the pump, so i replaced the pipe and gooped the hell outa it.. the air seemed to get better for a day with a occasional air spit,, thinking that it needed to get it all outa the system.
ive also tryed bled the house of air. seed to work for a couple hrs..
im still haveing this issue and seems to be doing the same and getting worse and more air...
im not hearing any real cavitation of the pump and the pump seems to be cycling properly, and doesnt in my opinion isnt losing prime.. but would entertain to learn different ways to diagnose this...
ive also checked the precharge in the tank and adjusted. and the air charge stayed the same for a hour. so im not sure if theirs any other way to check for a bladder leak...
I haven't checked the level of water in the well pipe nor have i checked the check valve...
could the drive point be clogged and just need a blast of air? and if so how do i do this???
any help will be greatly appreciated.

you said it is 1 in pipe ,does it have a sucker rod pulling up and down pipe if it does sometimes you have to put new seal on that pump rod when it starts spitting it is due to air in system .and did you you re prime well after you fixed outlet ,wells are just like the breaks on your car if they get air in them.you may need to re prime it get all air out.hope this helps a little

no the water just rides up the one inch pipe, and yes the pump was reprimed every time and after each time i primed or worked on the well the house all the faucits was turned on a lil bit to expel the air trapped with in... ive been battling this for a month... could the drive point be clogged ??? or a broken pipe??? ive checked this for leaks 5 times.... im going to do a static depth test soon. but really dont wanna break prime from the check valve in top of the well pipe. i just replaced the check valve and pump less than 6 months ago...

do you have a whole house shut off valve ,if so turn valve off ,see if you have the same problem just coming out of pump ,you no narrowing it down to the pump location is what i'm trying to say .if you have good flow at the pump the problem could be from shut off valve to inside the house

i had a 350 ft deep artisian well i had shit load of problems with and it wound up being a broken pipe between the pump and the shut off valve have you noticed any wet spots around your yard

You may be sucking air in at the shaft seal, causing air bubbles in the system. Look for water leaking out the seal when the pump is NOT running. Or the well could just be running dry.

there is valves two of them,, one right after the other, but there is no other outlet just valves... and there is a i think its a small check valve right before.. it sweats alot and has some rust on the valves and the smaller check valve

all the leaks have been attended to,,, is there any way to tell if the well is running dry... im looking for any insite i can get i dont wanna have to tear down my grow room, lucky im having issues getting seeds to sprout other wise id have plants to worry about also,,,

no i havent ,, the pit is in my basement and i havent notced any water seepage commng from the pit

A plumber can change out a pump in an hour at most. Won't kill your plants to turn out the light for an hour. If the well is the problem, you'll have to have a new one drilled. That will take some time and a bunch of money, too. Unless there's plumbing in your grow room, I don't see any reason they would need to go in there.

the pump is brand new and runns just fine, hold pressure and kicks in perfectly and stops perfectly, so i dont think its the pump, but ive been wrong before.. im trying to figure it out so i can call my land lord and tell him whats wrong and he will let me do the repairs ... i relplaced the pump and it ran perfectly for 6 mo's and one day just started spiiting out air,, but its colder than a witches brass titt here so i dont know weather to worry about it and see if the well recovers when it warms up?

Could the pump have frozen? That will crack the housing.

Ive had to build hot boxes for any above ground well pumps. if it freezes, game over. Youll need to build a small shed or box around it with some sort of heat and insulation.

there isnt any leaking around the pump,,, the pump is inside a heated basement and pipe goes straight down

Well you probably know if it is spitting out air when the water is on you are not getting enough water. I've been living in a house with a well for about ten years & by experience have learned much about well systems. I am by no way an expert in any means but with all the problems I have had to deal with I think the screen on your pump (probably a little metal filter that looks like a bowl screen)may be clogged just like the faucets do sometimes. A well pump sucks up all the shit from the earth if it is stirred up & that screen stops all of the big crap from coming through your lines it will clog up. Also if you unscrew all the faucet caps where the water caps there are screens there that sometimes get clogged & reduces water flow. If you hear all that air I figuire the holding tank( precharged tank is fine) I'm pretty blazed now so I hope this helps! Lol

So I'm thinking of doing the strung test for water level. If there's water in there should I make a jig and now some compressed air through the line? And what would you think the damage could be. If something went wrong

I'm not sure what kind of pump you have some are shallow water & some like mine go down a 3 or 4" hole that is shaped like a long skinny canister.there is a special tool that pulls mine out. I'm not sure what would happen if you blew compressed air through the line but I guess it's worth a shot. Don't think that going to help the screen out though. Good luck & keep us posted.

I forgot you had the shallow pump but something else I just thought the pressure regulator that has the wires connected to it & clicks off & on can also get clogged I have replaced about 3 of these & cleaned each one of them out numerous times! It sits on a pipe that is connected to the precharged tank!
