I have a 12/12 lighting sytem in grow room . Thing is I have the lights on through the night , off in daytime. No choice about it. They are automatic so light in night should be ok, yes ? Does anybody know.Be grateful. Thanks

I run lights on at night too. I work a 9-5 and prefer to have lights on when I am at home in the event of an emergency situation. Lots of folks also do this in colder months as generally the daytime temperatures will be considerably higher than evening and overnight temps. The same concept applies in the summer as well (except in regards to keeping things from getting too hot instead of too cold) -- lights on at night means cooler overall temps. As long as you maintain your light cycle and don't have any leaks you will have no issues regardless of what hours you choose to have lights on.

i started mine at night and then switched to the 12/1 gas lantern method ,i'm pretty close to a air field and just got paranoid with all the air traffic during the night .helicoptors seem to be more active at night around here

i put mine on at night to keep the temps up when its cold .... 6pm-6am
then every thing off through the day .

im going to invest in a sun ...... Expensive but cheap.to run
