imho dont waste money on the sticky paper or pest strips. old cup of coffee will work better
good tip on the dish soap gonna start doing that.Yes you can spray clones.. No,do not mix nutes wih neem. Be sure to always add a few drops of mild dish soap to the neem mixture, it will break it up
yeh i def need to get the sticky traps. thanks for your help.Don't forget your yellow sticky paper hung up everywhere around the plants. You definitely want to kill the larva in the soil though. Covering the clones "soil" with an inch or two of sand will keep them from laying eggs in it also.
sorry i read the label it actually is tbsp not tsp...2 tbsp(1 oz) with 1 gallon wateryea a cup of soda or coffee would work overnight. and use it on there next watering. i beleive its somewhere around a few tsp of neem per gallon sumone correct me if its tbsp
really? the neem oil worked like magic for me. my grow was infested. you couldnt look at a plant without seeing atleast 5 gnats flying around or in the top layer of the soil. as soon as i threw about a full gallon on mixed neem oil solution i saw nothing for about 7days. then i slowly started to see a gnat here and there. i think i shouldve kept applying it every day or few days. gonna try applying the neem on daily on foliage and with feeding a tadMy go to product for fungus gnats is Spinosad. It's OMRI listed and works!
I mix it in water and water the plants as usual. I tried mosquito dunks and neem oil with zero effect. The sand thing is just out of the question LOL..
what is that? please explain?why arent more people using the beneficial bacteria for these fucks. thats it! BTi.....
Ya.. The neem did absolutely nothing. I had one of those outbreaks where you open the door and get hit in the eye balls by gnats. Breathing them and everything LOL!! It was bad!! Spinosad did the trick so I always fall back on it. It's also Organic so a plus in my book.really? the neem oil worked like magic for me. my grow was infested. you couldnt look at a plant without seeing atleast 5 gnats flying around or in the top layer of the soil. as soon as i threw about a full gallon on mixed neem oil solution i saw nothing for about 7days. then i slowly started to see a gnat here and there. i think i shouldve kept applying it every day or few days. gonna try applying the neem on daily on foliage and with feeding a tad

Most garden stores, home depot, walmart....wow and where can i get this? local hydroponic store im assuming?
thanks man very helpful information. yeah i think im going to go with the neem oil first and see it thats gonna help. if not then i will def look into other methods. just dont have the funds atm.Bugs get immuned to pesticides, they build a tolerance. Any miticide with spinosad in it works. Monterrey Garden Insect Spray (spinosad) is in my arsenol as well....and avid and forbid. I started with neem , that outta let you know how much they build tolerances... each one of those miticides are more powerful then the last
ok great gonna get this if applying neem oil every so often doesnt do the trick. Most garden stores, home depot, walmart....
i had a crazy infestation. as bad as it can get! sticky cards covered type shit. i hit em with high doses of tarantula and great white mixed . watered it in twice in back to back feedings. they were gone at the end on the week. havent seen a gnat since! bout year n half ago... any product with bti= bacillus thuringeinsis . i used what i had in my closet being both great white and tarantula. ran out of tarantula a ways back and havent used any great white in like 3 months. best part is you cant use too much, its good for your roots too. find the generic shit if there is any...what is that? please explain?
very helpful thanks bro im loving the different solutions growers use and how it worked for them.....thanks man helped a lot.i had a crazy infestation. as bad as it can get! sticky cards covered type shit. i hit em with high doses of tarantula and great white mixed . watered it in twice in back to back feedings. they were gone at the end on the week. havent seen a gnat since! bout year n half ago... any product with bti= bacillus thuringeinsis . i used what i had in my closet being both great white and tarantula. ran out of tarantula a ways back and havent used any great white in like 3 months. best part is you cant use too much, its good for your roots too. find the generic shit if there is any...
some of the other shit listed may or may not work like coffee, i dont think neem will help thats meant for insects that pierce n suck sap. gnats feed on roots. mosquito dunks are bti those work but im not sure how much to use. gnats arent that harmful at all, just real fucking annoying lol[/QUOTE
i somewhat agree. when i had my gnat infestation my plants came to an alerting stop and i didnt see much growth in weeks. they were almost completely stunted. but in a way i agree with you. im def looking into other methods obviously the neem oil didnt do what i intended it to, but im sure everyones advice is my ticket to getting those fucks out of my grow
I am going to give the coffee thing a try next time I get bombarded. The only way to find out is to try for myself right?some of the other shit listed may or may not work like coffee, i dont think neem will help thats meant for insects that pierce n suck sap. gnats feed on roots. mosquito dunks are bti those work but im not sure how much to use. gnats arent that harmful at all, just real fucking annoying lol
