They hate THC. If it was CBD I think they'd be more flexible.
I honestly think their consensus is that THC gets you high and CBD is a beneficial medicinal option.

I think it's funnier than hell that they(HC or LP's for that matter) think they can grow fields of shwag and for it all to be the same in THC value??!!!!.. LMAOROTFF... :lol:

Just shows the complete stupidity behind this whole deal. They don't know which way is up.

Maybe its a marketing scheme to get around HC guidelines,
Recall a batch due to higher than reported THC maybe get some folks to become clients hoping to get high loll

The issue is that they're treating the active components of mmj the same way they treat the active components of any other "drug". Don't waste your breath telling me how different mmj is, I'm aware of that but it doesn't change how they classify it and how they treat it. You can't just ship aspirin that says it has 20mg of __________ in it and then actually have 24mg in it.

I don't think a patient can legally return mmj to an LP.

They can. There's an SOP on the LP end for receiving it and there's a legal way for them to do it.
Patients must used a personal courier service of some type (UPS, FedEx, etc) and it must be sent directly to the correct address. Every LP has to have a procedure for this under the MMPR - can't get approved without it.

127. (1) An individual who, in accordance
with these Regulations or subsection
65(2.1) of the Narcotic Control Regulations,
obtains dried marihuana for their
own medical purposes or for those of another
individual for whom they are responsible
may return the dried marihuana to the
person who sold or provided it to them if
that person accepts the return of that dried
marihuana.

Return by shipping
(2) If the individual returns the dried
marihuana by means of shipping it to the
person who sold or provided it to them,
they must
(a) ship it in a package that meets the
requirements of paragraph 73(1)(b); and
(b) use a shipping method that meets the
requirements of paragraph 73(1)(c).

Return to licensed producer
(3) If the individual returns the dried
marihuana to the licensed producer who
sold or provided it to them, they must do so
by shipping it to the producer’s site in accordance
with paragraphs (2)(a) and (b).

NOW...TEST EVERYTHING THAT IS SENT OUT BEFORE IT GOES OUT!!! Then label it accordingly. lol
