The thing about Monsanto is that 99% of what is said about them is a complete myth. They really aren't going around suing people. They've sued two people over patent infringement. In both cases it was over people who were selling their seeds. I know the myths. Monsanto's pollen cross pollinates a farmers crop and then Monsanto sues them. Problem with that is that it's never happened.
