alright here is another suggestion ,can the dryer be moved ? if so move and build a buffer zone ,say 4 ft wide and length and height of basement,door already has vent in bottom of door put another vent in top of door ,set carbon filter on ground, fan on top ,adapter to fan with 90 degree,shooting toward top vent .buy ac unit ,place in buffer zone outside of room ,ac will cool any hot air coming out of room ,if not cold but cooler going in room from bottom vent in door ,heat always rise ,so what you have is a 4 ft buffer zone with ac on one side of zone and other side will force cool air back in room ,and plenty of storage for equitment and feed and water ,left with a new wall and door that no one will no what is going on back there,just a idea

U can't build any walls laundry room isn't that big..I deffinstely need to go through the door..but then where ?

I could goto a floor vent upstairs..but it'll heat my house..and when the acs on it'll make warm air go Into the living room upstairs when summer comes..

With just my one un-hooded light my temp sits 82-86.. I add my hooded light with hot air going through it and outside it goes to 95+
.
I wanna eliminate my window..have somewhere for hot air to go and intake from my basement

do you have a storage building out back of house ,one thing your going to have to have some fresh air or use co2 ,second i dont think popping hole threw top of door is going to help at all ,so i suggest building the room for entertainment and going outdoor to a shed or something along those lines

you can go thru the block, not gonna make ur house fall, my basement has multiple blocks missing, to run duct thru for add on rooms. IMO door reframing is ur best option. how far is ur furnace? find ur chimney and run it into it, have done this twice with no problemjust add a directional bent once it is in the chimney to force the air ^ and out.

yea, they are exterior walls. the load of your house is spread out across the brick by way of floor joist u can remove a few blocks with no problem, windows been in basements for a long time. i'll post a pic of it

Ya the joists run another way or I would go somewhere else..I would have to go through each joist haha
.that's y I can only go to laundry room or along wall tk dryer vent which I will think I will do

Ah ok fair enough! So what do u suggest I do..through concrete or top of door to dryer vent ? Is this bad if we use the dryer a lot ?

how many CFM is is ur fan? breaking it up like that would seem best, ease in to the 4". dryer fans are barely over 200, think of the difference coming out ur vent hole. i would go with the door, can be replace cheaply, alot less work, can be made to look better, and have a tighter seal.

8" 700 cfm..so I SHOULD go through dryer ? How loud will that be haha..

And should I make two holes ? One for I take to the hood ? Where would it go after the hood

before you go and do construction go try to mock up the idea of going from your 8>6>4>Y> out. you are concerned with noise, you might have a big bad wolf blowing out that 4"

With exhausting outside through hood and both lights on my temps 95 ..so runnin through dryer temps will still be high..but if I do cooltube separately ( Intsking from basement at 70 degrees ) would this lower the temp? Or barley

I honestly can't STAND rearranging this ducting that many times lol should I just tape 6" tubing to the vent dryers 4" tubing just to see for now lol

i hear you no easy way i can see. if was me and these my only options i'd go thru the door<Frame it> wit 8", 6" from there to tfor outlet and put the 4" reducer there. At the door put up mesh to catch any back draft lint and a damper before the Y, wether u use a 4" or 6" is up to u
