Would I be safe getting a Chinese Erlenmeyer flask/Buchner funnel combo off of ebay? I just don't wanna open my freezer to glass and butane everywhere, can these stand up to the elements?
Looking for some advice on de-waxing tech.

You should not have open pools of butane in your freezer...ever...
You need to let the butane evaporate safely outside first before bringing your extraction in your home for winterization!
Then You will need to emulsify the butane extraction in an Ethenol, and freeze it! You can use the buchner funnel to filter out the waxes after they have coagulated. I also recommend you do some more reading on the subject first before attempting this http://coloradobudblog.com/2014/11/04/how-to-winterizing-bho-dewaxing/ and make sure no children are around when you are blasting...

The buchner funnels from china are fine I have a 2 to 5 micron one, and Chewberto is right, when we winterize it is ethanol not butane that is being used in the freezers, there have been many of houses blown up because people put butane in the freezer... not sure why.... the putting in the freezer not the blowing up....... also not sure why @chewberto keeps changing his avatar makes it hard to keep up with him....

Sorry, I meant alcohol not butane, no need to talk to me as If i'm stupid. I make sure to keep several babies around my blasting area and have never researched for one second before buying spending $300 on blasting tech, some people lmao.

I read "glass and butane everywhere" to mean a broken container formerly containing butane as well.
Easy enough to not say what you mean, and easy enough for others to misunderstand what you do say, thus easy for misunderstandings and reason for more tolerrance.
