Does the cost of something a person is forced to buy impact whether or not forcing people to buy something is a good idea or not?

Let's say the Federal government made an edict that everyone had to wear a red rubber ball in their mouth on Presidents day to commemorate the day. Would it matter if the original price for the ball had been $4 but it now dropped to $3 ?

If people were not forced to wear a red rubber ball on MLK day would that be racist?

last year mine was $0/monthly..same policy they quoted me $44/monthly..i got the bill $77/monthly..so i'm going to have to disagree.

i would not use the word "devastating" to describe that. devastating would have been having to pay every penny of the $15,000+ worth of medical bills we incurred last year.

That is because they figure cost from your past 3 years tax returns, I am a General Contractor. I can have (did have) one good year out of three, the other two years we were around 50,000. AND, even after that, I have to sue to get the money claimed for the one good year. (That's no lie).
