Coming from a former OTR truck driver, I can vouch that Ohio State Troopers have always been vigilant in their duties. Be on your best behavior always.
Last bust was over 100 lbs, kinda hard to shove up your ass. I'm not talking about an oz here.

This is very true. The Turnpike is heavily patrolled with OSP Posts assigned for just that road. They are looking for drug smugglers/transporters. If you do a search you will see they find large quantities of pills, coke, meth, and marijuana. It always seems to be an out-of-state car (sometime a rental) from like Oregon, with a driver from a different state than the car like Texas and a passenger from an even different state like Georgia. Once the car is stopped I'm sure all of this screams "We have drugs!". I don't think its a specific attack on marijuana, it is drug interdiction for all drugs and human trafficking (they say Ohio is huge for this). Just be carful if you travel the Turnpike and maybe avoid carrying like a 100+ pounds of weed.

living on the 95 and 70 area i seen more shit pulled over
hell in my teen years i did a few runs for the chance to travel and cash
anyone trying to haul on there own is going to get busted .......not only do the cops profile your tags they partly track travel patterns with traffic cameras and speed cameras and the the dash board units it is part of the new anti terrorist systems
there is only one try and true model for doing this and now a days it is 3 man team or 4 man ..........1 car is bait 2nd car is trail for bait to pick up the spot once it gets stopped 3rd car is the actually transport and 4 car is fallow car to keep anything from creeping up on the back end
bait car gets hit they smell but have nothing same with 2nd and 4th car ....bait car gets stopped they hit they swarm u drive by to next state rest stop...... stop and wait for the car to get let go they will take up the 4th spot the 2nd car moves the 1and 4th to2 so the number of tickets and times the tags entered into the system is not over baring
and u travel the whole way like that .........use a voice and text system to act like a radio when u get pulled over remove the battery from the phone .......this way they put it back in nothing is active u have to get by screen lock and turn the programs back on so the msgs are shut they can not just look and flip they will need a warrant to get pass screen lock ........do not use your face lock 10 digit codes so numbers are pushed mutli times (cracking it is little harder)

Watch yourself on I80 coming into Nebraska and also Southwest Iowa as well. They work interdiction hard and fabricate reasons to pull you over as well as PC and you will get the shake down.

Why is there a passenger in each car? Are there ever more than 2 people in the car, so the cops don't just focus on cars with 2 people for the big busts?

the reason for 2 ppl is drive times
u can trade off with the person in the car to keep fresh ....no sloppy driving......no need to stop and stay in a area longer then need to be in it......and that other person is the final stop gap your last ditch effort to avoid them checking the car
your getting pulled over ...who ever is not driving is going to jump on that charge and take it for everyone .........so u act drunk and like a ass so they lock u up (they got their arrest) the 2nd person takes the attention off the driver given them no right to search the car they got the bust and u move down the line ........the guy going to jail has the credit card to post bond/bail and get a hotel room until can be picked up by buddies
no they look for the plates and they profile the person in the car if they fit traffickers profile u are pulled over ............u can be by yourself or a truck full of ppl it all on the officer and what he wants to do ........if u have the ability to use a Church bus or something along those lines have ppl churched out they might think twice about pulling that over

Lmao I just came back from Colorado off 70, only heat that followed me was in kansas, drove 80 there , didnt bring many goods there or back but drove a ohio rental and dressed like normal ppl, got a Chevy cruise in white and would smoke j's and kept everything in well stashed stash cans, had a great trip . It's only mj, go after other drugs that actually kill and turn ppl into monsters, I've become a much better, healthier and happier person on mj.
