I have a couple afghan cow seeds anyone have any experience with that strain?

I wasted my resources growing Afghan Cow this year outdoors in Oregon. While my other plants are packing on pounds in mid September, Afghan Cow is a pathetic, pile of sticks with tiny buds on the ends. Don't care how good the buds are, there's just not enough there to make growing it worth while. I got more bud from a 90 day little auto harvested last August. There's no problem with bugs or disease. It was grown organically like all my others. It just looks like the Christmas tree that Charlie Brown brought home that was only sticks.
