@JimmyIndica
The heliospectra is the most interesting imho, the AT is probably most desirable based on the results of a certain member.

The BS/Illumitex are either underpowered or get hot, going off of past reviews, but used known diodes, which is good.
CLW uses unknown bins that are Cree?
The lumigrow hasn't changed in almost ten years
The black dog and kind ............
The Heliospectra is the most un-affordable, but it does some things and they don't seem shy about telling what's inside.....
AT Nichia,Meanwell.....
That Heliospectra can get now for 2 grand. cheaper than the bml and illumitex and AT600. Canopy coverage equal though? I doubt it!

Passive cooling and heat usually reduces efficiency.

And longevity.............IDK why they doubled up the bars/wattage on the same "chassis"? get your oscillating fans ready!lol

For the RX or LX?? to very different beasts imo

I believe it was the LX for 1999. LX is 630 and RX 315 Same chassis and software capabilities?

nice big area....but i've seen a few grows with DE that were way impressive. Somethings wrong with that side of the grow...maybe the lights are too high..

Bmls do look nice lined up like that. But, for the price of one you could build the same thing with cobs for a fraction of the price.

Seen a lot of intra canopy bars too.. So they knew that too for the case study. There was probably 2 case studies the first without, 2nd with intra canopy bars.

Can You say 1st repeat superbowl champs in 10 years? I remember all those bad bad years . Felt like we would never get to a superbowl and now have chance to win 2 in row! Feels good!

I don't understand the comparison between DE HPS and BML,a green house light that's built for raw power, coverage and penetration up against a LED light that I doubt has serious penetration when raised to evenly cover a 4x4 area and you put them over a SOG with short plants. Seems like a rigged comparison unless you do a second grow with taller plants. I know the LED should give a product with superior quality with the broader spectrum.

I agree...one should do two grows, each suited to one of the lights.

If your new to LED and need a light, ask Tom Brady what he used to light up the colts- 45 to 7!!! Go PATS all the way!.

Sorry guys, couldn't resist one more

cheaters as usual http://sports.yahoo.com/news/deflat...-culture-since-spygate-scandal-080638511.html

still don't understand how these guys are still allowed in the league after spygate..........anyone who watched them play the eagles in the superbowl knew they had an edge===== bullshit and will never forgive
