same as liquid karma, or floralicious, or any number of others, and all in all.... no not really all that worth it...

Get some A+B. or some G-M-B, any kind, its all the same in the end, its N P and K... If ur going hydro keep the res temp low, maybe run some bennies, in dirt, top dress with earthworm castings each transplant.... the rest is complications, if ur new, keep it simple.

Ive seen some damn good plants off nothing but properly temp'd and Ph'd water w/ just cheap A+B nutes.

For sure, its all NPK, diff. between soil n hydro is the target Ph (6.5-6.8 for soil) and that u wanna remember to consider buildup in the soil. Judge if the plant needs water by how heavy it is, it sounds harder, but it really is the best way. Remember to flush the soil with plain Ph'd water the last few days.

If you hit any major deficiencies or toxicity levels, flush w/ 25% str nute solution to 'reset' the soil.... when you are flushing like this, you use a fuck ton of water, I know how much you think, no, more, way more.... like 3x the soil bucket, a 3gal bucket use like 9gal to flush out a toxicity issue. Hope this is never necessary.

I run almost all dirt right now, have been for years, still using AN's A+B nutes, and use the nute solution every 2nd or 3rd watering, depending on age and size of plant...

Jacks classic duo is pretty inexpensive and works as well for soil as any cannabis marketed two part nutrients. $15 plus shipping gets you a tub of veg formula and a tub of bloom formula. It's powdered nutes and if you are only running a few plants the tubs will last several grows.
