So I was placing my order for seeds today and when I went through the final payment verification I got a weird screen with an error code with some HTML fragments that said failed server connection or something to that effect. I went back to the main page my cart was still full and there was nothing in my order history, so I tried again, and got the same shit. So I thought, OK, their site is having problems. I waited an hour, checked cart and history again, still zip, tried again, failed again. I called my bank and found out I have been billed almost $600!
Has anyone had any issues with payments with attitude? I have to get the authorization numbers from them to cancel the duplicate orders. Are they gonna jerk me around on this?
