Certain strains carry certain traits which may be effective in treating a specific ailment. You can get totally blasted off a strain (21%) but the cannabinoid profile will determine how well the strain will work for a persons condition. Which also leads me to believe that you are not a med patient if all you're chasing is the highest THC %. Not effective medication.
