Nice bro, this is the time when our little girls start growing up! I love this part,
Cutting them down is always bittersweet for me, well until I consume them lol!
Bloody rain ...my fault for not putting supports in for the branches yet :(
Ahh well i guess i needed to get the clones ready ..waste not want not

Yeah i might see if i can work something out like that today
It's defiantly a two person job, one holding the plant in a bunch and the other slipping a cage over the top...then pull branches through.
That's how I went about it, only broke a few branches...and that was doing a few:eyesmoke:

either that or have someone hold down one end and roll the wire around the plant and then wire the cage together. Or put post in all four corners and then box in with 1 X 2's as needed.

:hump:2015-01-09 12.28.34.jpg Ok ....achieved this i 90 mins which included having to go to the hardware store and spend $20.
4x2.1m stakes
5m trelis wire

Hammered stakes 30cm into ground gradually rolled the wire around using cable ties to hold to post x4 a post.double secured the two ends right together for extra strength.
Not a bad effort for one ugly guy doing it solo.
Now given its not as strong as cage wire its ok as this spot very rarely has wind it will hold up ok...given thats why i mainly needed support for the weight if buds as branches are normally weak cos of the no wind factor.
