It's paranoia mostly, but safety is paranoia. If you are being tracked ordering a bunch of nutes, especially ones specifically targeted at cannabis (AN) could be all they need (for a warrant) to raid your home. Or if the overlords are watching our credit cards it may be what gets them started looking for admissible evidence. The more likely issue is if you don't have scent covered well the mail person could get you busted with frequent visits.

U can buy the same nuts from the hydro shop
Police can get a warrant just from u entering a hydro shop
Items from eBay nuts that I have. Brought r very discreet boxed and wraped in plastic
Does not say what the item is ect
Say u goto a hydro shop and buy a tent when u bring it out to your car the whole world can see what it is
Order online only the dispatch and seller see it and u can send to a friends house if u that pariniod
And to open ur package and see what's inside when it's not illegal would make any conviction null and void

It's the same here man I meet him out near my letterbox Iam in australia but I use a filter so stink is not so bad and if it was I'd burn incense or use odour gels everywhere else but my grow room

they'd need a warrant to do almost anything internet related, be it to check with your isp to see what you've been doing and start tracking your every move, or to check with fb, ebay, amazon etc..... they'd need a warrant so they can fish for a warrant, which no judge will grant unless you are a suspected drug lord. a 6 plant properly done with warrant, dea, etc bust is embarrassing to the cops if it makes it to the news.waste of taxes.

c'mon guys, put your brains into some real world thinking scenarios and quit with this nonsensical paranoia. cops wont be a problem as long as the cops don't get neighbor complaints or find it accidentally (ie cop sees "grow lights during night, several hours left on, gets suspicious. asks to search house or come back with warrant" or "cop is at house for some reason, be it some traffic incident, vandalism, sex offender moved in down the block, etc. cop smells marijuana." then he can legally search without a warrant.)

op if you have paranoia not relaxation from growing, its obviously not for you (probably because you seem to be thinking mostly along the lines that the expensive lights, nutes, etc will automatically fix all your inevitable mistakes caused by only knowing 1/10th of what you should before you spend $500...., i say you need to read some. i mean who gets this tripped on a grow thats supposedly personal unless they are truly ignorant of reality)

I think a lot of people get busted cus they have lots of visitors , fights or parties and are already well known or on the radar. If you keep a low profile and emit most the smell with a carbon filter you should be fine.

Get a 150w hps off eBay or Amazon, a 2ft x 4ft x 5 ft grow tent some cfls for extra lighting, a small fan, some earthworm castings, heavy 16 nutrients 3 gallon pots, peralite, coco coir and a small bad of foxfire soil to mix with the coco coir and peralite. You will be suprised. Oh yeah order some good seeds, indica dominant with some sativa in it.

Get a whole 400w kit hps mh tent filter inline yoyos ballast hood ect easy for 500 bucks
Buy some seed do your first grow sell 3 of ur 10 oz ur likely to yield cover costs and allow u to buy better seeds better equipment it's all about being patient and don't go acting all strange and pariniod lol

Trying to get quality equipment for 500 bucks is like going to a car lot and expecting a non piece of shit car for 500 bucks. You can get a good led and possibly a small tent for 500 bucks but that's about it. Buy right the first time or buy twice.
