Call up a random real estate agent and tell them you have no money.
Call up a random car dealership and tell them you have no money.
Walk into an emergency room and tell them you have no money.
In one of those circumstances you will get help. In the rest you will get shit.

That is not true. There is a public clinic that would see anybody with or with out insurance near my home in oregon, and its been there for a very long time. Basicly that is where the doctors are and they didn't turn anybody away and never have.

Emergency rooms are there to stabilize people, again you advocate only those with means get treated
