When i 1st started running cranes the fuckers would overload me so bad about half the lifts i made the rear out rigger would lift off the ground , i could feel the crane loose stability every time , they'd laugh & i'd be shitting my pants .
In about a month i didnt care anymore because i wasn't afraid , thats when i became a great operator , you'll get comfortable in your job & then you'll be a great driver & sleep like a baby .
When i got promoted to Superintendant is when i was real as ascared , i'd get home & start 2nd guessing weather i locked the gate , locked my trailer , killed power , did a good fire watch ect & i'd drive all the way back to the job to check on shit , took me a while to stop 2nd guessing myself but i did & you will too , it just takes time .
