Please help me nurse back this wilted seedling

So I have this seedling, at the 3 week mark she and a few others wilted due to underwatering and low humidity, I was able to get the few others to perk back up, by giving them a heavy watering and putting them off to the side away from direct light (220 watts t5 mixed spectrum), it did take a week or so for them to come back...this one in particular only perked halfway back, then a day or two later wilted back down, but I haven't given up on her...she stayed wilted for another 2 or 3 weeks but never looked dead, so last night I put a humidity dome over her, gave her a mild feed (first feed) and she perked back up overnight but only about halfway to fully perked up...so I don't wanna her to droop back down, so I want some pointers how to keep her to keep perking up. Here are some things I've been doing but I'm not sure which are helping or hurting

1) Put her under a well misted humidity dome
2) Heavily watered her with a mild nutrient mix of Advanced sensi, hygrozyme and roots excel
3) Put her off to the side away from direct light
4) Have been misting the plant directly

She's in a 5" x 5" x 5" container with organic promix seedling mix.

Canopy temps in the low 80's. Humidity only 20%.

Will be back with a pick soon.

spray bottle and water works a treat aswell i find also a light mix of kelp or fish exstract works nice on the roots to get them going again
