You might get one spot in your tent of darkness you would be best off with 4 lights for max coverage but I have not used the SS440 so I can't give a review. I have heard good things.

Yea I already have the SS 440. I've gotten good results with it. But y'all showing the hell out with these area 51 's. Oh by the way I don't think that's fair. Your led's are gonna stomp the hell outta that hps. Lol. Not even fair. I'm so jealous. LMAO.

Yes they are and my blackstar ion 8 is four 10w cree chips with 48 6w bridgelux red and deep red chips, the panels are 3w bridgelux or epistar/epiled I believe.

had 10 and 6 watters. And they're using cree as well. Dam. Just visited their website and they have a 1500+ watter. Dats what's up. Have you tried your lights out yet? They seem bad ass.

Yeah been growing with the ion 8 for a while and it's a good light but the area 51 are better because they put out more light per watt and also don't run as hot. However the ion 8 does make some of the densest buds I have ever smoked so you can't argue results and so far the light has impressed me besides the fact it runs quite a bit hotter than the others.

Just got my Area 51 RW-150, it will be going in the tent with the SGS160 for now to run the skywalker plants then I will move both into the big tent with the rest of the LEDs next run. Gonna get some pictures later tonight after I set it all up, lates.

After reviewing the room before installing the new light I found I seriously need an exhaust/intake system on this tent, not going to be putting this new light up in it because my humidity levels were totally out of control. The big tent will be going up soon and when it does I think I may have to move the skywalkers in there and put the LEDs up, it has a way better exhaust system (400CFM exhaust fan and 270CFM intake fan).

Just was going thru a sample bud I cut off my razzleberry plant and my worse fears have been realized, full sized seeds and big hermie bananas under the canopy. Good thing it is in that tent by itself I had a strong suspicion it would go hermie the place I got it from has problems with this plant going hermie and that's how I got my bag seeds. Still looks like a fire smoke tho and most of the seeds are in the pop corn and not the big main top nugs.
