Best place to buy seeds in US?

Why are you only interested in seedbanks that accept paypal? I would think that customer service selection and price would be more important?
I have some money in paypal right now it's just convenient. If I was going for selection, customer service and price I'd go to Herbies or Seedsman. I am not over looking those qualities though.

not only that but you should avoid using paypal for any purchase like this. As soon as paypal finds out what it is, then they will drop the seller.

Buuuut you seem to have a reasonable reason for the request! Check out Provision Seeds ( @provisionseeds ) They have a decent selection for a small seedbank. Good prices too and they accept paypal. They are a Canadian based bank. I have gotten 3 orders from them without issue.

They carry about 15 or so breeders to choose from, mostly Canadian but they do have a few others like Reserva Privada and TGA. Make sure to check out Provisions strains. They have like 5 of their own (fem only) and they are fantastic genetics! My hats off to them, they may only carry a handfull of their own strains but they are some damn good breeders.

You'll be excited to hear that Provision will soon be releasing some new strains that will be regular seeds. Just smoozed their awesome customer service and they're sending me a free pack with my order. I haven't tried their any of their own strains yet so I can't wait... hopefully their genetics are as good as their service.

Dude I ordered from NGR on Tuesday this week and he took my money Wed. and sends emails saying he's off work since then or not at the office right now….WTF why would he send that it sounds super cooper shady to me and then just ignores me altogether. He took my hard earned 53$ the next day from my bank acct but hasn't sent me confirmation of order or tracking number and I have emailed now 4 times with nothing but those stupid responses. Im getting worried and upset. I will be making a very big deal by Mon. here on Roll it up letting everyone know this is a scam if he doesn't get back to me.
Patience. Especially with something like this. Give it at least a whole week before you start raging (two days of that week aren't even business days... and this is a holiday weekend too). Sending multiple emails immediately, before even 2 business days have passed (even when you say he warned you that there would be a delay), isn't going to make them feel good. Pissing people off is a good way to get minimum customer service, or even have your order canceled and refunded, without even saying anything. I'm not saying that's preferred business practice... but i think we can call these 'extenuating circumstances', and maybe they're legitimately busy with a prior obligation or pressing matter. They're just as human as anyone else man. Give 'em a chance.

This being said Its a holiday weekend but not a holiday week but no worries. I worked just like alot of Americans this week too. I am patient and very understanding usually but if someone takes my money then doesn't communicate with me much really I get pretty worried. You are right probably though I did jump the gun before checking about 2 hours of reviews and finding out this guy is very legit and a good dude from my understanding. He works it by himself so he is a bit overworked. I do understand it taking time now seeing that is going on. So I sent him an Email apologizing and telling him to take his time I know my gear will come. Hoped he had a good weekend and he wouldn't hear from me again till my next order. If he trips about that and screws me than the people where right and he lost alot of my business. But I think he's gonna do me good and I will be telling everyone I can when he does.

I mean, your chances are WAY better than anything you could do at a casino. :)

LoL he just got back to me 5 min ago but he got my upset email in wrong sequence and then kinda got upset back. He said if I don't like it go somewhere else its a holiday, but I rewrote him again explaining the circumstances and where my head was at that moment. I was sorry and I new he would do me right regardless. I would be telling everyone soon that NGR is the JAM and that they had no worries either. I have a couple bros dying to see my order come in so they can go ham and order him out of stock pretty much they say. LOL I believe them too they are crazy like that spend 3k on gear a piece. I told them go ahead and fill your carts and get ready this week for my word of approval.

Bean are just beans unless they turn out to be exactly what they are advertised to be, so thats all Im worried about after our words together. I would hate to see something bogus 2-3months later after my hard work.

i just dont feel comfortable with them yet and wish you the best. with the reviews ive read about them qlong with the laws and not really knowing how they handle your info there ive managed to stay away from them but am watchin and waitin to see how it turns out.

I just created this account to say that I had doubts with oaseeds when I found out the shady comments about them, I risked it sended them cash, within few days they contacted me and told me that mistake happened by their supplier and that supplier sended out fem instead of reg beanz, within the next day they had my order correctly and shipped, they told me they are giving me a free seeds as compensation but I never really expected to get that much seeds got 2 breeders pack+ few fems freebies:) The costumer service is awesome and the lady who I spoke too, usually replied within hour, I doesnt want to propagate something, just tell you about my experience with them. I will never use attitude again
 
OASEEDS Rating F. This company is fishy as hell. I ordered seeds and told them SPECIFICALLY leave the seeds in the breeding packages. I receive order and they remove the seeds from package. This company has cheap prices because they switch out seeds on people. I will not order from them again. I have received breeder packs from herbies I will order from them next time, I should have known better.
