I'm afraid you came here in the middle of a troll war and you won't see the best behavior out of some people. If you read through what your first link states as specs it say 430 watts power draw and replaces a 750 watt HID,neither of which will cover a 4x4 properly. NASA developed the RED-Blue spectrum idea for space to try and optimize the growth to weight of the panel ratio because of the cost of putting stuff into space, not to get optimum growth down here on the ground and they were not growing weed, more like lettuce. You will need around 600 watts of quality LED to cover a 4x4 or 1000 watts of HPS.

Yea I read some of these links after I purchased it. It seem to do ok. I don't care about trolling. Besides the lights. Any other beginners tips that you feel are vital im all ears.

There's a 90 day buy back on these lights.. So why I got them. We'll see if they honor it. I'm not going to just jump on these lights tho just yet. Gonna have to hear some more and read some more.

The AT600 will cover that space, like cpt said 3 area 51 RW-150's would also be a great alternative or 4 of them honestly would be best that would be a really bad ass grow you could get huge yields of big dank nugs. I can get 150 grams of bud from my SGS160 and I just got a RW-150 and I expect similar to increased yields over the SGS160, I use coco-coir 5 gallons run 2 plants under 1 light and scrog it. Genetics I run are average to above average yielders , not big yielder by any stretch.

The Onyx lights are two different lights for veg and bloom. The Area 51 are a white and red with separate switches for each so you can veg and bloom with the same panel.

I'm definitly going to concider changing up once I hear from more sources. Their all lights but I can tell the penetration isn't the greatest with my 750

each RW150 draws 150 watts, not sure what that kind LED actual draw is but if you ran 4 RW-150s that's 600w of draw. you will also want an intake and exhaust system in your tent to exchange air and help control humidity.

The Apache Tech lights are great but with the current prices of Onyx and Area 51,they are the best bang for the buck.

I have an Exaust setup now. 4" inline fan pulling from outside of flower tent and then through walls to the other room through the veg tent. Just enough to create vaccum on flower tent and blow out veg tent

That will work for ya then , I would just suggest trying to get your money back and getting some more beefy lights, more light = more bud.

Would this best bang for my buck setup^ be significantly hotter than my kind 750 you think? Right now my humidity stays around 30% and if I have to increase airflow it would be less I would think. I'm able to keep my temps just right as it sits

aLright then I think I'm going to do that. Definitly trying to get the most out of crop obviously from how much I spent on these dam things.

No it would probably be cooler because the area 51 uses better quality parts, better heat sink mainly is the most important thing for heat control on LEDs.

Yea I was surprised how hot this kind made the tent even with exausts. Have to draw cold winter air inside to cool things down right.

3 Area 51 RW-150's would draw 465 watts at the wall vs 430 for the Kind so very close to the same but I'm sure the Area 51 is more efficient and would out perform the Kind by a nice margin.
