I'm at 5 and a half weeks into flower and my plants are starting to show deficiencies. This has happened my past 2 runs and it is the most frustrating thing. I'm using this organic nutrient line called Nectar of the Gods. Temps and humidity have been nice. 67-80F, 40-55% humidity. Lights are 24" above the canopy. I was thinking cal/mag? what do you guys think?

I'm going to sound like a broken record soon.

Tap water by chance?
I had a grow (several as a mater of fact) that look like that. I've switched to RO water, problems have been greatly reduced.

Good luck

Run veg nutes for a cpl of week's into bloom before upping the P!

Aw hell. What are the TOTAL NPK's of ALL the added nutrition your using?
OR
What are you using for nutrients?
List EVERYTHING you use, including pH up or down!!

Make sure you're filtering out chlorine/chloramine. Effective way to get good water with relative low loss of time is using a showerhead carbon filter and using water from your shower. Either that or distiller: you must "brew" your water back to life before watering with distilled, otherwise you start seeing weird shit.
My suggestion is to feed only plain water til harvest.
Bad water can kill a lot of the microbes in your dirt and then you're left with salted plants (yuck).
A product such as SOS may prove useful to you at this stage.
One of your pictures could have shown signs of insect pests, but it could just be your salt lockup, so if you see no signs of invasive insects, ignore that. If you have any well aged compost, now might not be a bad time to make AACT
Good luck with whatever you decide to do! Hope it's a boon to da harvest, mon.

Flushing at 5 1/2 weeks will be like shooting yourself in the foot.
I don't flush soil grows,,,ever.
Water it out with straight water - pHed to 6.5.

You flush Coco.
