You should talk to your insurance company and employer.
Our family out of pocket max is 2500. We have a FSA and a HRA. Our insurance premiums are about a 100 bucks more per year. And we have better insurance.

Neither the fsa or hra are health insurance. what's the spec on your health insurance? who's your carrier and who pays?
 
My wife has been cut to 32 hours a week instead of full time due to Obama.
She, as well as other employs were told directly it is due to the new health care laws and that no employees would be going full time.

No. Wrong again. The insurance was not that bad. The decision was forced on us.
She works for a large company with an union and had very good benefits.
