So basically you are telling him to give up? Thats sad. I wouldnt give up my kid that easily, I dont care what the circumstances are UNLESS she is on probation. Then shes breaking the law. Yes its illegal but we all know it shouldnt, even people that enforce the law dont agree with it.
Unfortanetly at this point in society, right and wrong are irrelevant. Government sets the laws, whether we agree with them, they are still laws. Break them and get caught, suffer consequences.

from the sounds of it he wants to sue for wrongful accusation. because they opened a case on physical abuse.

- suing CS would be a loss.

what he SHOULD do is get all his information, and a good lawyer, and go through the physical abuse case itself, rather than turn around and counter sue.

too much of this doesnt add up.
is snaps is right and they are financially unstable and she was drug tested for the reason of financial government help, the reason they would sue is more for money

Seriously?!?!? I thought you guys were cannabis soldiers fighting for the legalization and decriminalization of cannabis. No? No involvement?Just sit back and let everyone else fight for your freedoms?
Firm believer and soldier. Marijuana users use the stigma that we aren't hurting anyone else. Well, when a pregnant woman smokes, it COULD be hurting their child. I'm not supporting that.

The longer we keep the attitude that there is a stigma attached to mj use, the longer it is going to take us to win the war.
yeah see the problem is were talking about a child being taken from his/her parents.
not a i got caught with some weed and im a responsible adult.

sometimes you just have to bow out to keep your kid and thats fine, ruffling feathers and pissing all over the state if youre not legal isnt going to bring your child back

Yeah im deff a big soilder, i advocate through my studies, as well will be doing so once in job field.
im advocate for the little girl like charolettes web ,
but i dont think a developing child needs to have marijuana

I like @Diabolical666 shes a cool chick, but i certainly disagree that someone should be fighting the state in order to keep their child
and i also disagree that someone who probably had full well knowledge they were being DT'ed shoudlve been smoking

Pretty sure any judge encountered would be conservative and frown on cannabis. ;) the odds favor this situation. A scene from the movie blow comes to mind. Lol

First--why was she tested? If its because they get gov't financial aid, then they broke the rules that were known prior to accepting such aid
Second- domestic disturbance? Cops come and see a baby and see weed stuff? CPS are alerted? Test? Baby positive; then child endangerment
The OP is not giving the whole story
