His sexual orientation means nothing to me as I literally do not care what consenting adults do in the privacy of their own homes (etc), but simply put it was unfair in the extreme to do what he did banning anyone and everyone so extreme measures were taken.
I was not there to see it go down in real time but would have taken the same measure without reservation.

I was there for the beginning, the middle and the end of all that nonsense. That's why I still have dannyboys back. It was pretty fucked up but there was def a cause and effect scenario happening. Cause- dudes bagging on him for being gay. Effect- ban hammer.
I'm certainly not a mod but I think he should have lost his mod privileges but been allowed to stay, and all the fuckers found guilty through evidence of their posts should have been permanently banned- and those he banned that had nothing to do with it should have been reinstated. That would have been fairest in my mind. But whatevs, I'm no mod, I'm just a guy who creates threads, one which is called "Fuck my Balls."
