Outcome of the Nov 24, 2014 court case....

Just looking to take the garbage out of the Predictions thread... so far i have been gathering, that even though some crucial points were made during the case on Nov 24/2014....there may not be an answer to whether we can move our gardens, or carry more than 150 : until the new year.

Has anyone heard anything definitive other than a bunch of useless barking about LPs?

That's about as best a guess one can make right now. The judge reserved judgement...no timeline. I thought we'd hear something before now? we are only 2 months away from the SCoC date so it would just make sense to keep the status quo til then. I'm moving my garden the middle of Jan. either way...

Haha gb123 interesting little video you got there...

Heres my thoughts on it:

Could you imagine us just hanging in limbo, creeping riu for another 3 years -waiting on the garden relocating decision??

Growing organic and eating organic is great and all, but doesnt this guy know that most unhealthy patients are on a very tight budget? Isnt the fact your looking to remedy a problem using ladybugs; an indication that you are growing "contaminated" medicine? Neem oil? People still use that sht?? Haha

And then the whole spiel on china coming in to grow hemp....when we have more professionals than we know what to do with!!??

Somehow i feel like harptler was behind that last one.

Oh yeah and "give me money" had me SO motivated to start donating.....haha!! Ted Smith was pretty bad ass in kid cannabis i must say tho.... 8)

Im more concerned with the coalition being able to afford such a stunt. Let alone possible 2nd appeal...

Dave was an awesome performer...when he wasn't to drunk to perform that is

"Sorry guys... you can all go home. Dave is done for the night. Thanks for coming"

Jason Wilcox didn't think about that before he so cavalierly displayed himself PROMOTING a LP. I have tried more than once to contact him and he refuses to return my messages. Unfortunately, the "coalition" will not be receiving any more of my money.
He was emailing me like we were best buds at the beginning, till he found out I'm too poor to donate money to him! Is the coalition fund 'registered'?....can we by law see where the funds were used as coalition 'members'?
