Don't know if I'm qualified but here goes.

I would say when taking a new substance or from an unknown source, always take half the amount you would normally or recommended dose.

Stood me in good stead on many trips down the old chemical highway.

A really good one is if you want your windows pc to run a little faster, just delete the win32 file.

Put a dry towel in with your laundry in the drying
machine to dry your clothes in half the time!
