Our motion to introduce new evidence was denied.
The Crown wants our Injunction overturned with NO TIME or warning post decision to shut our gardens down.
Kirk Tousaw asked that we have three months if our Injunction is overturned.
Cross Appeal is Happening now:
Keep your ears to the ground. This is very much a LIVE legal matter.
It is my hope that we will have the appeal of the Crown tossed out thus leaving us with the standing Injunction and any amendments to it resulting from Cross Appeal this afternoon.

So Jason said the crown wants the injunction overturned. If that happens does that mean no need for the court date in Feb? Or would it simply be re-evaluated again in Feb?
Still a court date in February. Just everyone would have to destroy their plants immediately or risk possibly getting arrested.
Could have gone better but not that bad really. Kirk did a good job of rebutting the crowns claims for the most part.
