Hey there guys, I was hoping to get some help... I got an oz of Reggie, found some good seeds, and planted them without knowing anything about growing pot.. that was mistake number one.. i put the plant in "Sta-green tree and shrub potting mix with fertilizer" it has a ph adjuster in it and seemed to be good in nutrients, i knew nothing about ph, and the effects it has on marijuana plants, so today i bought a tester for ph, N, K, P and the ph test read that the soil was 7.5 ph, which i now know is wayyyy too high. i bought some aluminum sulfate, and it has lowered the ph to around 6.2-6.5. my plant was in veg stage for a month, and has been in flowering stage now.for about a month what caused my plant to look like this?? i used led lights for veg, and a 150 watt hps light.for flowering. i put liquid cactus.in water when i water it. i have read alot online, and learned alot, i have 3 new sprouts coming.up in the last 4 days, ph on those are 6.0. i just need to know if anyone else has had a plant look like this, and why it happened?? and how often should i water seedlings vs watering flowering plants, also, for the new sprouts i have each one under a 60watt 6500k cfl light, and the.flowering plant is under a 150watt hps light and a 60 watt 2700k cfl light. i just want to learn as much as possible to have sucessful grows, any advice helps. i bought 6 feminized seeds online today and hope to have all my mistakes corrected by the time i germinate them. also, i have a humidifier in there to keep the grow room humid, and yemps are around 70-80°f. im watering all the plants every other day... too much?? and last thong, can anyone.verify that thos plant is a female? thank u everyone!

Too much water, too much nutrients, wrong PH, not enough light, pythium.

Stop loving it to death, less is more.

A single blast with a .357 or larger caliber ought to put it out of its misery.

150w will do it but i think this guy has the touch of death about him to make a plant look like that would be a wast of time helping
150 watts on a flowering plant won't yield much, especially if its fluorescent light.

but yes, that plant has pythium and is never going to amount to much.

People should understand that if you are doing things correctly with good genetics, you should be able to turn this

and 10 days later have this:

I recommend at least 400 watts of HPS for a single plant. Pythium is caused by bacteria and greatly enhanced by roots being wet all the time.

If you are watering a little plant like that every day, you are killing it. If you are feeding it more than a couple drops of nutes in a gallon of water, you are killing it.

If your girlfriend/wife enjoys 6 inches, then she would love 66 inches right? If she likes your finger up there, shes gonna love your whole fist? You pickin up what I am laying down?

400w hps per plant r u serious lol
I grow 4 plants with 1 hps man 100w per plant is the rule of the thumb

100 watts per plant is the rule for minimum results. I am not saying that you need 4,000 watts of power to grow 10 six inch tall plants. If you are only growing a single plant then 400 is the minimum I would use. anything less is a waste of energy and time.

The sun puts out more than 1,000 watts of power onto all those little plants growing outside.

Sorry man I miss interpreted what u was saying u will yield about the same off 1 plant as with 4 if trained and veged correctly with a 400w hps

I sprout seedling in paper towel till I can just see the root then I plant directly into my final pot in a jiffy pellet and I use no nuts till plants about 2 weeks old as a seed has all it need in the seed to last it a good 2 weeks I also start the seed straight under a mh globe dimmed to 200w
My soil in just normal premium potting mix no nutrients and perlite a 50/50 mix
I also water in first 2 week very sparingly like 1 cup of water every 2 days
