Silica, Organic?

It really depends on where the sand is from.

From what I understand, plants want potassium silicate. It has to be in a very fine to be available to the plant. Raw solubles has a form of silica that's fully soluble, neutral ph, and fully organic.

Brown rice or Aloe like Hyroot said are good natural sources.

If you were trying to derive silica from sand, it would probably take far too long to break down to be of any use to the soil or plant.

It's one of the main ingredients of sand.
But there are all kinds of minerals in sand.

Silica is specifically just oxidized silicon.. Similar to how we call oxidized Iron 'rust'... another component of sand.

Im a glass worker and if it werent for the saftey hazards

id try using the dust from work

but nah lol
silica blast works fine

for the horsetail, are you just adding the plan iinto the soiul or is their some extract or meal? cause I cant find it.

Horsetail needs to be fermented .
Or cold , heat , cold strain can dillute but I use as is.

Also as for sillica, products that most rols user use because of cost is agsil and pro teck, both are not organic , I believe it has to do with the process of extracting it. But, it's used for a reason, and that's because it works and does not harm microbes
