I sincerely hope that we win. I'm a newbie and it's such a shit show to get to get a prescription even though it is easy to get one. Now obtaining true medicinal cannabis.... that's the issue going on. I'm stuck with one LP and looking for another because they: a) Are to expensive. Or b)have run out.
I now have memberships to several clubs just to try and make sure I have access to cannabis. Which is awesome because everyone just wants to help each other out.
However, even at club prices I still struggle to make sure I have what I need.
If i could grow or pay/barter/trade someone close to me to grow, I would be set! I could have my own little medicinal crop growing specifically for me, picked by me.
To have this would be awesome!

Hi! I have half heartedly been using tilray. The prices are high and I had a few product issues this summer.
So I did some research and have been using Urban Earth meds out of vancouver.
I've had to rely on my own research to look and I've found a lot of dispensaries in and around vancouver. And not a lot else where.
Ideally I would like to be in a place where I can get access to cannabis on an easier basis but in Northern BC(like Fort.Nelson North), where I am at, it is so difficult.
At least there's places like this to post on!!

The Federal Court in Vancouver will hear the MMAR appeal and cross-appeal, led by Mr. John W. Conroy, QC:
- November 24th, 2014
- 4-Hour Hearing
- Commencing at: 9:30am
1. A 150g carry limit is being contested. Many patients carry ‘over’ 150g / day permits.
The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedom s.6 Mobility Rights, is in question.
2. No Change of Address: Those that have moved, or have changed their address will now loose their Federal Court injunction protection, allowing patients to continue to grow their own medicinal cannabis.
The Consequence:
Those licensed patients who have moved location will now be forced to destroy their cannabis storage, and under the law will no longer have the right to carry more than 150g of cannabis.
