I hope someone kicks his ass.

Wishing harm is 100% not a crime. "You are under arrest for hoping something happens", maybe soon if certain folks have a say in it.
My daughter got a disorderly conduct ticket for texting in facebook that she wish this girl that betrayed her got stuffed in a locker
and by texting I mean she messaged a boy that she wished this would happen and the boy showed the message to the girl who went to the cops who showed up at my house

Cops make and give thousands of tickets and arrests every year that have no basis in law, and considering their rolls in society, are only taught and have a ready understanding extremely small portion of the penal code. I wouldn't ever take a cops interpretation as law. I many states it takes far less training to become a hair dresser.

So why was that woman going to kick your ass at the playground where her kid was playing?
Because I called her out for attacking a Chinese boy who wouldn't get off the slide. She told her kid to kick him in the head. Then she went off on the father, who she called a chink and told to go home until he learned English.

But hey, go and defend the white nationalist mother whom I felt like beating down.

I couldn't agree more haha. Unlike the penal code I too take "hoping for harm" as a threat, so if was my kid getting threatened both parent and kid will be dealt with accordingly. The only way to handle bullies is to handle the bullies. I totally forgot how this thread started, I guess I should read

Went to court and lost. All parents involved showed up, we all didnt want our daughter to get prosecuted. Problem is the judge thought otherwise.
1 Because I refused to or allow my duaghter to talk to the cop
2 Becuase I had a habit before the trial of calling the cop a stupid fucking dick
3 Becuase the judge is an asshole

The cop showed up at my house when I wasnt home to talk to my daughter. My Kid was alone and the cop invited himself in. Told her to fess up or she would get all kinds of charges. The evidence he had he obtained by telling the boy she texted that if he didnt give up his facebook credentials he would go to jail. My kid talked to him in our house and from that sprang the obstruction of justice charge.

He then called me and told me My daughter didnt say enough and we all needed to go down and talk. I went down with my wife and he got pissed off our daughter didnt show up. I told him she isnt going to talk to him and stay the fuck away.
Long story short. We showed up in court. I was all prepared except for one thing. SInce I am not a Lawyer I am not allowed to speak on my daughters behalf. So it was everyones word against my daughter and the laws that protect her and the 4th amendment went out the window.

Saved us 300 bucks though. I then went up to th ecop afterthe "trial" and told him YOu are a fucking asshole stay the fuck away from my daughter
Which drew gasps from the clerk, the cop and the judge. Dont care went on my merry way

Way to give Em hell, there's not enough good parents out there. The most important thing is that your daughter knows how to handle those scumbags, and that her old man is going to be there to back her up.

She knew before she the cop ever showed up 2 things
1 dont talk to cops
2 dont open the door to cops

She got in trouble for violating those 2 rules. The other stuff was just stupid kid stuff. Everyone involved are still friends. The School liason officer involved is still a stupid little dick. Think about it. What caliber of cop is assigned to an elementary school full time?
