I would sit back and see how things go with this grow. I know how you feel.. you want more and more. I was the same. I now have 3 LED panels which are all in use, but I still really really want to try an HPS. But for the size of my grow I am just spending money I don't need to spend ..... wait until you see how things go. Just my thoughts.
^^^ wise words right there

there is the link to the bag i use. i have a PH meter and i do a PH test with the liquids and such for color matching...
my water i am using is distilled water witha 6.8-7.1 PH havent tested higher yet.
using 3 gallon bags
good choice of potting soil, i thought that stuff was awesome when i used it.
good choice with the distilled water as well, water quality is
very important.
i have been using only 10ML / gallon of buddha grow so far and i was uppiong it to 15ML/ gallon this week but havent watered yet with 15. every other watering i use regular distilled at the Ph stated.
when i mix the nutes i make PH level at about 6.4-6.6 and my run off is typically around a 5.3-5.5 PH. which i would believe my run off would be a 6.4-6.6PH if i do the math properly... ph of soil= PH run off + difference of starting PH'd water/nutes.
i always tried to use the nutrients as a pH adjustment solution. add enough
nutrients per gallon to get the pH to ~6.4, and go with it. it is simpler than
having to pH adjust and the plants were always happy.
started with we will say 6.5 PH nuted water and run off was 5.4ph ... so 5.4ph + 1.1PH (difference) = 6.5PH or so.. hopefully im not far off with that.
in my experiences, measuring runoff in an organic medium was not very
effective. the water soluble fractions from microbial breakdown make the
solution coming out different from what was going in, even taking leftover
nutes in the root zone into account.
i will start off by adding the 90watt all red LED to my set up and removing the ONE CFL that would be in its way and i will leave the other two. if i am having heat issues then i will remove the other CFL's and just leave myself with the 450watt (280 draw) LED and the 90watt (82w draw) for only a total of 362watts... hopefuilly i can leave two CFL's and add another 136 watts to that to total 498 watts... THAAAAT would be alot of light i believe. you think thats over kill??
why not finish the run how you started it, then try adding the LED next round?
my experiences have shown me that plants have to adjust to different light
sources, so the change might stress them, that stress can adversely effect
yield with an auto grow. honestly, the 280w LED is plenty of light for that tent.
it would be more efficient (both in energy and yield) to take that all red LED and
put it in a second tent with a couple blue (~6500k) CFLs or screw in LED lamps.

if you were to get another 2x3 tent and put your all red LED and 4 of those cree
bulbs it would be 90w (all red) + 72w cree 5000k = 162w or 27w per square foot.
that would give you twice the space and 400w worth of light for flower. keep the
CFLs in the tent with the 240w space if you want to keep using them.
