$10 a gallon for some Hi-Brix and it will last you through numerous grows...as stated earlier, molasses should be used when making teas. A plant takes nutrients in a broken down form into the leaves where photosynthesis happens and the plant makes glucose. adding sugars to the soil is just feel good bro science.
Yes, just you........but thats just me i guess..lol
My Veg and flower area are both inclosed and im running two Hepa filters with good air quality.. as long as he isnt nibbling on my plants i dont think its a problemFirst off you don't let your cat anywhere near your plants and molasses are for feeding bacteria with almost no benefit to plants compared with your base nutrients.
Fair enough.Im

they only make fools of themselfs .........i was on another site the othe day and i was indiscusion with the site owner about live hydroponics and there was one guy telling me not listen to the site owner and go sterile......he was a nob and we found out from another post he was having problems himself and didnt have a clue what he was talking........he got ban hammer for being a nob.......iv now got a freind who i can rely on for good info because of the nob..lol.No sir. I knew it might come out sounding wrong so I started with "I agree" to hopefully keep you from thinking it was directed at you.
It seems like the mindset that you have on molasses is treating it like a nutrient source for the plant when it should be used as a nutrient source for the bacteria that one would want in a living medium.theres no negatives just poitless stuff what should already be there
and you when you reach the ripe old age of 98 lolYes, just you
they probly think you stink...ha... cats are too coolMy buddy I used to grow with.... had 6 fuckin huskies....
I really dont miss that... Flowing cannabis smells great, pets fucking STINK.
I thought there might have been some diff in the BD ...I thought it was more crystally. My next run of blue dream is all crystally too without the molasses, so then I was like mehHow 'bout smell any difference?
I ran molasses on a Blue Dream soil grow and when a friend smelt
the end product she said mmm I smell molasses and
I said back that's funny cause I used molasses in the grow!
I then took a sniff and sure enough I got a very light unmistakable
whiff of molasses mixed with the Blue Dream smell and no taste of it.
I also ran molasses on other strains and did not
get the same result.
Blue Dream never ceases to surprise in so many ways
it's mind boggling! My newest amazement came when I reveged
to blue dreams and no twisty and 1 finger messed up leaves at all
came out, only perfect sets of leaves.
Fucking BD .
What do you have in mind that the plant can benefit from glucose?now the glucose can benifit my plant instead of the bennies for food
no its a source for both .....im just wondering what the bennies eat without maloasisIt seems like the mindset that you have on molasses is treating it like a nutrient source for the plant when it should be used as a nutrient source for the bacteria that one would want in a living medium.
if I could get a tub of glucose cheaper then the 1kg of dextrose I got cheap then I`d use that next timeglucose is dextrose............just another name i think?
all sugars get broken down into carbs like honey etc...but gluvose is allready broken down into carbs i think im really rarther stoned at the moment lol ....i may be slightly wrong.
i do know all the extra good stuff in molasis should be already in your soil exept the carbs......thats why i bought just the carbs ....glucose c
i dont know? .....its a carb boost what the plant allready makes itself ...."carbs are for big muscles and sweet smokin ganja" said my granpa.lolWhat do you have in mind that the plant can benefit from glucose?
glucose is dextose i thinkif I could get a tub of glucose cheaper then the 1kg of dextrose I got cheap then I`d use that next time
Grape sugar looks like that`s all the put in most of these "sugar" or "sweet bud" products
Now I do like to flush with some sugar and a little citrus as I have to use tap water to flush and I find what ever the plant uptakes right before cut the taste will stay with it
Plain tap water has chlorine in it and london tap water tastes like crap, so there`s only a few choices
1 filter it
2 buy water (no way) lol
3 let it air for a few days
4 add something to get rid of the chlorine and improve the taste I find the citric acid ph down I have is good for that as citric acid will naturalize chlorine and chlormine for 2 to 4 days, but I find using some sugar even up to the last watering can really add some sweetness to the buds.
I mean when I`m trying to be "pure" I`ll leave the bud with just water for 2 weeks but a lot of strains seem better if you use sugar near the end
Plus I reuse my coco so the molasses or sugar that is left in the soil gets mixed right into my new coco and bennies when I chuck the used stuff into my tub to be re-used
Anyone ever used glycerine / Glycerol on their plants before ?
I was going to just ignore this whole thread, but since you asked.they only make fools of themselfs .........i was on another site the othe day and i was indiscusion with the site owner about live hydroponics and there was one guy telling me not listen to the site owner and go sterile......he was a nob and we found out from another post he was having problems himself and didnt have a clue what he was talking........he got ban hammer for being a nob.......iv now got a freind who i can rely on for good info because of the nob..lol.
i ended up going sterile anyway .lol. after learning that hydropnics should be clean and both bennies and sterile solutions do the same job.......now the glucose can benifit my plant instead of the bennies for food, and my sterile method cleans the res.....simple for mne and it works.
i read a scientific test when breeding beenies and feeding them mollasis under a microscope that there move slow and slugish like they were full up and when added to soil are too full up on mollasis to bother innocultating to the roots ....they should feed on dead organic matter and shit and not steal all the good stuff.
if this post is shit andbollocks please correct me as im surrounded by 1989 oldskool beats a multicolour changing room light and plenty weed....lol.
wot? its midnight in uk.....im not even gunna read it back......ha
