Very simple you can do it yourself.

Seems to be 29% -35% of H3PO4

I saw them purchase information in China, manufactured by Shanghai chemical manufacturers.

To the chemical supply store purchases, typically do not sell online, because you can not transport.

China's price is 86% AR H3PO4 500L approximately $ 2.

Their diluted 30%.
P3HO4 belong super acid, and very cheap, so there is no network marketing, I want you there in the chemical supply store should have, it is a common acid, is a food-grade, I heard Coke there.

Yep. H3PO4 is a decent pH down. Use it when you also want P.

Nitric acid H2NO3 is the best pH down. Use when you want to fix very hard tap water, or when you want to add N.

Thanks for the heads up. Since such tiny amounts of nutrients are added with the pH down, it just doesn't matter what their main constituent is as long as it isn't poisonous.

I tried battery acid, sulfuric acid. I diluted four to one and it's a bit weaker than the store brands, maybe 20%. At $8 for the gallon I made, it's also less than a third the cost.
