Is it possible to flower with 5000k

Hold tight, grab your magnifying glass i use a 30x and you should see either a hair or a ball very soon,, dont be hasty, ive thought i saw a ball, waited a few more days and hairs came out of it,, i think its called a stipule.. every plant is different if its a long flowering strain it may not show till 3 weeks into flower,, but normally its right around that 2 week mark...

I'm not normally religious but Dear sweet Jesus please don't let this clone have balls I'm almost positive it is balls I'm looking at, when my computer restarts I'll postca photo to get another opinion

It could be the start of a calyx. If a little pistil doesn't shoot out of it within the next day or two, I would say it's a nut.

Sorry bro, looks like a male to me. But dont pull it yet, it may just shoot out a hair. if that ball starts drooping like hanging down then its a sure male ball

Ok in confused now I put 2 clones from the same plant under 12/12 to sex one was the photo I uploadedshowing a definite ball because it is now starting to bend down and the other clone off the same plant has 100% garanteed female hairs how is this possible

If you're certain one clone has definitive balls, and the other clone has definitive pistils, that would suggest to me that the clones were taken from a hermie mother, or that the environment in which you're putting the clones has caused stress to one (or more) of the clones.

I'm really hoping its stress of the clone and it's not the mother, I honestly don't mind if it's hermie aslong as it still produces some medicine

does any one know what are the benafits to an f4 seed over an f1. are f4 seeds stabilized? more uniform?

ok now im officialy confused iv never seen this in a plant, here is the the same plant as the photo i uploaded showing definate balls and today when i did a final check before pulling i notice this, they are 100% female white hairs as you can see inside the red circle they are balls for sure but then inside the blue there are nice white female hairs.
it is possible that this is a full blown male by genetics and has hermied and grew female parts. iv never heard of a male turning female only female turning male

If it was hermie to begin with, the male parts will show up first. Just like when you flower, the males show their faces first. I would guess the mother is a hermie, or you had a light leak trying to sex and caused it to hermie. just my opinion

You could always pick the balls off and hope for the best, just keep checking afterwards. Some of your best OG's will grow balls from seed but it clones away. Once again just my opinion.

I put a clone from another plant under the 5000k to sex the other day lets hope she is a girl

im rooting for u.lol. just remember a seed chooses its gender between the 3rd and 4th set of true leaves..if conditions are right a grow formula nute w/ higher n values, a blue spectrum light, and an 18/6 light sced oh and ph is a big factor ph must be between 5.5-6.3 if all these requierments are met u should get an 80-95% female to male ratio..no disturbing the dark period, thats a mistake commonly made by beginners...
