Here's my current setup:


Lighting: A51 SGS 160 , Blackstar 240w v2.0 panel.

Plants: Strawberry blue (sativa pheno) World of Seeds, RazzleBerry (bag seed) unknown.

Medium: Gold Label Coco-coir mixed with perlite.

Nutrients: Advanced nutrients, R/O water.

Here's a picture of the strawberry blue when it was vegging, it is a very pretty plant I really have enjoyed growing it, shame I didn't cut a clone. Did some LST to her

I am so sad I smoked all this plant , it was so fire and I can't get anymore for a few more months really sucks. It was golden goat, a clone I ran from a dispensary in Denver. I will be going back to get more but not for about a month.

This tent is tiny its like 3x4x5 foot and I didn't clone it cause I was at my plant count limit :*( I got to buy more now , it tasted like lemon lime haze so amazing I love that plant.

Nice. Love me some lemony goodness. What text are you using? Any complaints. I just started using a light house hydro 4x4x7 tent. Couple pin holes around some of the Velcro but not enough to leak light in.

I have a lighthouse hydro tent but my flowering room is a secret jardin L120 its tiny I think I bought the wrong one and the design of this thing is poor, its suppose to have a separate lodge area on the side but it is impossible to light proof the sides from each other so I took the barrier down and made it into 1 large chamber it also doesn't have metal corners and single sided socks so its a bitch to keep light proof I have to put a blanket over the socks so they don't have huge light leaks and it has tons of pinholes just like my lighthouse tent.

I bought the 3'x1.7'x5' LHH tent (~$80 and perfect for a single lady[indica]); it seems to do a good job at preventing light leaking but I did notice some "pin" holes throughout the framework of the tent. Luckily, they included the secondary light-wall that covers the backsides of the zipping areas.

About the socks. I started having high temperature issues a few days ago, mainly due to the additional DiY COBs that I put in last week and the week prior. For your visual understanding, I had one of the upper, larger socks filled with ducting for venting. The other was just open, jutting outside the tent. Everything else, I've had closed off in hopes of eliminating possible light leakage. As you can tell, there wasn't a whole lot of air flow coming into the tent. I eventually raised the inline fan to level with the light fixtures, as well as opening both socks and screen/vent on the backside in order to lower temperatures. Luckily there is ~1inch of space between the backside of the tent and the wall, so light exposure should remain non-existent.

My advice for you Yoda, and anyone else with similar issues (given available space), is to place ducting in the empty socks, with "x" amount of length hanging out in pursuit of eliminating light leakage while ensuring fresh, cool air circulates throughout your tent.

Besides that, how's the ole' BS V2 performing? I think I might sell mine here within a few months .. .

My air flow is amazing in my tent I have a 400cfm exhaust fan and a 370 CFM intake fan and both are having cool filters on them. I want to buy a gorilla tent for my new setup but I think I will end up putting my LHH tent back up I think its better quality even tho less expensive than my secret jardin and its much larger . I love the idea of the ducting but to make ducting light proof you should have at least two 90 degree turns to ensure no light leakage XD and its only 1 sock that I got to deal with because the other 2 have my intake/exhaust hooked up.

I think I have liek a whole 180cfms of furry maintaing the ~660W I have in the 4x4. So far pleased with the tent. Sturdy and all metal which was the main reason for buying it. But yeah like AP said he experience I experienced the same thing with the COBS, though my temps are high at the top of the tent, or really anything above the lights. But canopy is pretty much equal to room temp of the house. You have a lot of exhaust. Did you have to reinforce the tent to keep it from sucking in too much?

It should be blackhole proof but they didn't advertise that for the LHH tent...

I'm working with 170cfms, tied to a speed controller (set at a little over half medium for noise control). 4x4 as in 4'x4'x4'? 660W for 4'W x 4'L sounds just about right in my head and your right about the hot air being mainly at the top of the tent. That's mainly my case, with the exception of the two COBs, running around 30W each, which are mounted to CPU heatsinks/w fans blowing directly towards canopy! Not the best COB fixture but I'll do right next swing.

My goal is to get ~75 - 80 degrees fahrenheit below the lights, during the day while flowering. I think today it went down to 83, so just a little more tweaking... and I should have it.

It is pretty reinforced since it's the lodge it has extra poles and stuff for the side area, the main door does suck in more than I would like but before when I had a lesser fan the temperature was harder to control, with this bad boy my temps are the same outside the tent as inside it XD

have you owned or seen a secret jardin darkroom series in person? Keen to know what you thought of the difference. Tents are great but crazy expensive when you think about it.

Can anyone rock on in and buy herb and cuts? Just gotta show your over 21 or whatever? Could a tourist go in and buy things?

Anyone can buy that is over 21, I live in Colorado about 1 hour south of Denver so I can go whenever I want, they have really good cuts in Denver laconte's clone bar is recreational and they have a lot of clone selection. I own a secret jardin L120 it is a decent tent but does NOT have double sided socks for input/output, and has several light leaks in the zippers. Not to mention the secret jardins have plastic corner pieces which seriously lack the strength that makes me sleep good at night knowing my LEDs aren't going to fall and crush my plants and break. I also have a lighthouse hydro tent and besides the fact it has tons of pinholes and the materials they used were thinner it has metal corners, double sided socks so I feel safer in them besides light leaks. I am looking to get a tent that has features from both these tents , I like the grow labs and the gorilla grow tents so far but I haven't made my mind up on which I want to buy.

Performing very well, finally got my big tent back up it is huge going to post a picture I got a plant right now I am growing no bullshit smells like orange juice. It was a seed from a bag from a dispensary the strain was razzleberry but I have no idea what pollinated it or it may have self crossed. I'm using my panels as supplement lighting to my ion 8 right now I just popped a bunch of chemdawg D x OG kush seeds , and popped 1 head band haze , and 1 critical super silver haze, some skywalker OG clones. This grow is going to be dank. Who wanna hit a dab on my bong love my new house look at pikes peak!

Yea even the DR series of Jardin has plastic corners, they do feel pretty sturdy though..never been worried about it myself. I find that there are a few pinholes and leaks around the zip etc. But not enough to cause a problem I don't think. Just tiny holes you can barely even see.
Havn't seen the GL or Gorilla tent in person myself but the gorilla is prob the one i'd go for if I had to get another. I'd probably recommend the DR though to be honest. Its lasted me a few years and they've actually upgraded to better zips and thicker material too i believe.

Being able to just rock on in to the clone bar must be a dream. I'd go in with a huuge list lol. Havn't even tried old cuts like sour diesel etc over here.
