4- birth control

These seem to be unnecessary.....lets abort them....

I agree.........but we live under laws we, the electorate, created for ourselves, in the name of whatever...(in this case 9 judges created the rule, a majority of 9, no less)...I didn't make the rules, and I break the rules, but that doesn't mean they are irrelevant..I'll pay my dues if I'm "busted"......here is my point....states have the right to regulate abortion as their electorate sees fit....that right has been taken away by a bunch of femi-nazis, in the name of THEIR bodies.....it's a bullshit argument.

And I don't think any goverment be it federal or state, has the right to tell a person what they can put into or take out of their own body.Illegal abortion makes casualties of women.As George Carlin said,not every ejaculation deserves a name.
