My parents jailed/kneecapped? Hah. I have no previous convictions or cautions neither do they. The Irish legal system works that first time caught= caution and sometimes a fine. 2nd time= A fine and a conviction. 3rd time= a larger fine and unlikely suspended prison sentence.
