jackals rite

you can have 1000lbs in your house and get busted, you will still probably be released with a promise to appear.
ummm i don't know which courts you have been to but once your over 30 grams (usually) you are charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking which is a straight indictable offence and you will be held for bail, no question.

I had a response posted to this but it was fairly detailed and this forum is turning into a "small world" so didnt want something to come back to me, either way i might know someone who was caught with 10lbs+ and 5plants+...no jump suit, no judge, we found out when he came home so probably no bail just 2-3 summons to court but he was taken to the station for questioning

FYI, As an LP we cannot ship more than 30 grams per container, eg. A 150g order you would receive 5 30g containers.

Nice! Let me know how it turns out. I almost purchased one but concentrates are hard for me to come by unfortunately. Their pricing seems really reasonable, especially replacement/spare parts
Thanks for the tip on this one! Wife is currently running some bubble in it. She's happy as a kid in a candy store! At the price I don't think you can go wrong.

Awesome! Thanks for the update. I agree that at that price it's a damn good deal when compared to other pens marketed and sold for concentrates specifically. Looks like a little miniature smoke filled snowglobe:bigjoint:

I think people sometimes misunderstand what "having a lawyer on retainer means".

You only put a lawyer on retainer when you have a job that they are going to be doing for you. You pay a "retainer" as a prepayment on services that usually have already been agreed to. e.g.: I paid a retainer to my divorce lawyer.

If you believe that you will need a lawyer to deal with weed issues, all you need is a business card. Then you can call them if you have an issue. After meeting with the lawyer in their office to discuss the issue in question, the lawyer may ask you to pay a retainer as a partial pre-payment for services which he has agreed to provide in the upcoming period of time.

No reputable lawyer will take a retainer if there is no work planned to be completed.

Having said that - I have a lawyer. I have had him do work for me in the past and I have his business card in my wallet. Because we have a business relationship I know that I can call on him if required. But I have not given him any money since I paid the last bill.

This post is exactly what I needed. As I've said, I'm very naive when it comes to the legal system.

Let me rephrase the question... How many of you have a relationship with a lawyer? If I or my wife were to get in legal troubles I would be in a scramble. Do you think it's a good idea to proactively find a lawyer? - paying a lawyer an hour a two to chat briefly about the laws seems like a viable option.

Yes.
Northern Lass is correct. I haven't paid a lawyer a retainer for possible future problems. I did meet with a number of lawyers for different issues, most being at $400/hr. One lawyer gave me an hour at no charge. One of the lawyers was mainly criminal. So I know have a few business cards, and am very confident that if I need a lawyer for whatever reason I will be looked after. All the lawyers have told me this.
The criminal lawyer has since represented a couple associates with positive results.

If your concerns have true merit I would book an hour, that's all that's needed to establish that relationship.
Have a dozen questions prepared.
