I know the topic was on GSC that's why I said something about it. We've just been talking about the best representations of it in seed form

Well for what it's worth, I think Doc Greenthumb is pretty honest about his S1s. He says he's very careful about selection and wouldn't mislead people. I believe him, having grown over a dozen of his gear. Many, many people consider his Sour D as the best represntation of that, benchmark in fact. I have grown it and it's spot on. I'm an OG fan and have smoked tons of OGs but Docs is still for me the best one and real OG. His Chemdawg is amazing and is slowly eating away at my preferrence for OG. Bubba Kush? You can't get real Bubba anywhere else as far as I know. Every other Bubba I've seen is a cross IMO. The GSC was a very nice puff but I think I'm going to pass on it and grow more Chemdawg. The buzz is quite comparable and Chemdawg produces a much bigger yield. GSC has a marginal edge in flavour.

Me either bro but have seen Dr Grubers grows and he's done wonders with his beans. His patients love it and all his strains test over 20% thc even when they're not grown the best

If you watch the videos explaining where cookies came from they said themselves that they released many lbs of herb with seeds in it so wether it is the Jack Herer or the Jack Herer 9 it still has very similar genetic qualities and your bound to find something similar after popping enough. I don't really think it is such a big deal when it comes to someone having the "ONE" or one that is almost or just as good. Not everyone is going to get those nice elite cuts.

I've heard the same thing bro. Who really knows. I just don't see how you can say they're not real GSCs when people are taking the cut that everyone knows(Forum) and are creating S1s and crosses.
I heard the the Cookie Fam are collabing with DNA Genetics so we shall see what they say is real cookies look like. I think it will be in crosses too not pure form so we shall see

I guess if you don't get a cut from them or seeds which will prolly never happen it will never be considered GSCs to them and others. Like you said they way I see it is if it came from buds or they got a cut somehow and create crosses or S1s it's the same genetic profile. It may not be the actual mom the Cookie Fam have but should be very similar. There's different phenos of it anyways just like when a lot of strains are crossed so I just don't see how people can say it's not real but that's just me

I agree, lots of these people just want to feel like they are in the "know" but in reality fighting about genetics is pretty ludicrous especially if they are producing solid plants.

The problem with the "GSC" is that I have seen SOOOO many different looking "GSC" to even know which one would be the real one besides the ones the cookie fam grows in cali
ive seen GSC ranging from lime green to totally purple.

Yea I figured that as that's why they are dubbed as the creators but it's sad they've put out a bullshit story to try and hide the parents of GSCs. I saw the thread over at Gage telling the story about how it was made. When I saw it was Cherry Pie x Chem D I said damn they gave people false parents cus they are scared somebody will create it. They are fuckin trip too lol to sell pollen but not the strain in seed or cut form. Was just wondering tho there's a male of Chem D? I thought that was a female unless there's a Chem male out there floating around
