I heard on JRE that Acetylcholine regulates dreaming somehow, Choline probably has an effect on that.

I have it for use with Piracetam it works very well with Piracetam. And as I said right after, I have 2 dream herbs and will be growing another very soon. And I have some L-theanine, and I read that that boosts serotonin levels and helps you sleep, so I have been taking that.

I honestly do not dream much at all, I am not sure why. But I remember the dreams I have very well. I have not had a dream where I realized I was dreaming, but I never had the means to before now, since I don't have dreams regularly. At least no dreams that I remember. Now that I have dream herbs I will have more of a chance to try.
