Though he seems legit, his customer service skills are terrible. My last order I didn't get the freebies from the promo. I don't even want to ask for them. Fuck it.
One time he sent me the wrong pack after contacting him and replying that it's fixed it, whatever the fuck that means, I recieved nothing else.
It's a fine line, although to be in the business of selling beans, customer service should be your top priority. One unhappy customer could cost you everything.
I don't doubt he ripped people off, I don't doubt he came through many times. I wish there were more options.
