I would stay far away from the chronic certification center. My personal experience was horrible and they blatantly disregard the law. The real in person doc showed up 2hours late. They then had me see a doc over telemedicine witch is not legal. Then just as I was leaving the doc showed up then proceeded to solicit meds everyone. After I left I ripped up the papers took the experience as a lesson and went to a real doc that will stand behind me.

What doc did you go to after that? I'm considering CCC because of the recommendations off this site. Also because it will be local to where I'm moving to. And lastly because I've been told it will be a hastle free experience since my medical issues will be migranes with little to no medical records. What do you mean by a real doc that will stand behind me?

Wow I got approved just fine via skype got the card to prove it. So your saying you paid the fees had the interview and ripped up all the paperwork? your not very bright are you.

You will be fine I have gone there twice and taken two patients there with no problems. they keep copies of your records so they are legal and do it right, don't worry

Yes, Seeing a doctor via Skype is not legal. It may get you a signature and eventually a card but,
I believe the language in the law reads "In person". Witch to me and most courts would mean the doc can reach out and touch you. If you happen to find your self in a court room most judges are looking into your "bonafide relationship" with the doc. If you say well I saw the doc once 2 years ago via Skype, It don't look too good. Read the law the language is very clear on this.
Have you been in front of a judge with your recommendation from CCC? Not saying it wont be valid . I would just rather be safe than sorry.
Plus after the doc blatantly solicited medication just put a bate taste in my mouth and 2 hours late! unacceptable IMO.

I don't know what your talking about. they don't solicit anything. they have a catalog that you can look at if you want seeds. You dont have to buy the seeds. You dont have to look at the catalog if you dont want to. drs have been doing skype for several years and you can do followups that way also. they still weigh you check blood pressure and require a drs diagnostic form.

The idea is to go to a doc and get what you need they provide that and more. I dont know what your problem is with ccc but for somebody to just talk shit and say they went and paid money for a visit just to rip up the paperwork sounds sketchy to me. You say they disregard the law and thats bull shit. they have every ones medical records on file and require a followup visit. The dr on skype does the same thing as any other doc.

I went a saw Dr Bob. And I'm not just talking shit i explained what they did in my experience. Skype docs ain't legal bro. I went to CCC and saw a doc via skype then the real doc showed up and was trying to sell everyone meds . I left ripped up my paper work from CCC cuz I got money to burn and went to Cadillac and saw Dr Bob. If the doctors ain't following the law how do you expect them to support your ass in a sec 4 hearing. Bro.. I got better shit to do like grow refer peace. Bro..
