I'm not dismissing anything. She said no, and he stopped. I'm not sure that I buy the whole hands down her pants line, but it may be true. I wasn't there.Sorry stow and mr. Head idk how you guys can dismiss that the guy outside the door heard her say no, or does he have a stake in this as well and the defendants word is the only one worth a damn?
What I take umbrage with is TY's comment of hoping his life is ruined over this. That's an incredible comment to make over something like this. Had he of ignored her request to stop, and physically forced a sexual encounter then I would agree with TY 100%. Lock him up and toss the key. But that's not the case here. Not even close.
I hope that neither of you have the misfortune of finding yourself caught up in the legal meat grinder over a slight error in judgement, or a woman looking to exploit a situation for financial gain. It happens, and I wouldn't wish your life to be ruined over it.
