303 seeds gone?

I just called a few dispensaries that are listed as carriers of 303 seeds on 303seeds.com and they said 303 seeds are having liscense problems. Does this mean I won't be able to run their seeds? I seen really dank shit from their beans so far so I wanted to try a run of them. Let me know whats up guys I wanted to run the Aspen OG or the Jet Fuel thanks.

I'm running some testers from 303 .
Several different strains all Yeti being the daddy.
So far fairly good. Had a couple of the 6 Triangle kush x Yeti no germ. The Star dawg 1 of 6 didn't germ.
4 Ghost Og out of 4 germed. 6 of 6 Grape Ape x Yeti germed and nothing to do with 303 but 5 out of 6 of my cross (mob boss x unknown trip) germed.
On to the next step.

Aspen og just never yielded good for me but it was nice smoke, I may have a fem aspen og and a fem jet fuel seed left but I think I may have used them up. Just tossed a couple clones of jet fuel.

Yea winter grows here are great and my summer grow so far been really good with LEDs to keep the temps down got some real nice purple buds from last harvest.

They'll go to dwc water coolers in a rdwc type system from there.

We have exchanged text on phone ( im hearing impaired and dont do voice unless face to face). I've got some stuff for him but forum doesnt allow exchange/sale/traded/ gifted or otherwise so I keep it to the phone,.
Ive found myself with f2 pipe dream. Not sure how many seed I'll end up with but its f2. Mr 303 doesnt even have that but he will. Threatening to get together for lunch and maybe a happy hour margarita or two.

Hey guys sorry we have been so out of touch lately, lets set a few things straight:

1. We dissolved our partnership with greengrass as it was just not working out with what we needed and what they were willing to provide/ what the building was capable of handling electric wise without an upgrade. We love Preston and Brandon up at greengrass and wish them nothing but success it was the right decision for both companies.
2. 303 seeds stopped international production and have only been available in Colorado for the last 2 years give or take and until federal regulations change that wont change.
3. We are currently in negotiations with kind love trying to form a partnership and get back to the garden. As soon as this goes through 100% ill announce it here. This is a big step for our company as we will finally be in a commercial garden!! Seeing as we do not have a partnership with a licensed shop right now we are not producing at this time and shops will run out of stock until we can start in with kind love.
3. We are currently working the yeti line through testing using our known/ trusted testers and dbkick was the most recent addition to that list as he and I developed a relationship through this site and altermeds.
4. There are two breeders/ founders/ owners on this site one being myself and the other BudPatch. Anyone feel free to shoot me a pm with any questions or concerns I always answer.

Lastly i want to make it clear 303 is not gone, or out of business we are just growing and trying to better our company and our product.

I never had a chance to run any of their gear, but I have smoked some Bio-Diesel. I just loved that shit. It is just a wonderful marriage of flavors between a Sour D and Sensi Star. If I recall correctly, that is.

Fucking Kind Love! Best dispensary I have ever been to! Top quality buds. Good luck. Kind Love is also where I discovered one of my favorite strains of all-time in Grape Ultra. You guys should put Grape Ultra out again, it was fantastic.
