Theres solar and geothermal technology for harvesting. The most efficient way to grown cannabis sativa or indica as fuel would be to grow them in a semi automated building.

Yes thats the plan.
I would grow it myself and process it myself. The reasoning i have for doing this is because its one of the most easily excessible plant based oil. With huge potential.
Gasoline only has the ability to produce 42.2 MJ or mega joules of energy per gallon. Cannabis resin has the potential of 100 MJ of engergy. Thats over twice the potential energy then gasoline.
It would take far less energy and toxic chemicals to produce a gallon of cannbis gas then it does to make a half a gallon of algae based crude oil.
Plus all the water and biomass left over after processing could be used as a great feedstock for livestock or could be reused into a organic fertilizer for the next crop.
If my idea was to take ahold it wouldnt change street prices because what would be used to make the fuel would be industrial grade cannabis not consumption grade.
It would be like feed grade corn compared to food grade corn. Entirely different.

The best strains to use for said idea would probably be auto flowers. Simply due to their uniformity and speed of growth. In the bread basket a person could get about 3 harvests a year more or less. Dependjng on that years weather. Infact it would out produce corn, soybeans and milo. Simply because of the multiple harvests that would be capable.

Ya thats why at the age of 21 im running a entire shift in a plastics factory and have the ability to process extremely difficult polymers.
Clearly problem solving is my weak point.
No this is it my child is the most advance child in her class. Thats why its not my strong suite.
