is your brother neaveh420???Theres solar and geothermal technology for harvesting. The most efficient way to grown cannabis sativa or indica as fuel would be to grow them in a semi automated building.
The 2nd coming of Christ. And if his prophecies interest you, he'll be sure to give you a link to his blog.Whos neaveh420?
Religion and humanity doesn't mix well.I think ill pass on that. Religion and me dont mix well
A tank of THC to get you to LA or a tank of THC to get all of LA high as a kite, I'd go the latterI have one question. Has anyone on this forum ever used resin or "hash" as a biofuel?
The resin of the cannabis sativa plant is oil based. Meaning its a hydrocarbon. Examples of hydrocarbons are gasoline, diesel, crude oil, plastics, methane, etc.
Im not talking about the seeds oils trapped in it. I mean the same shit we use for medicine and recreational. This could lead to complete independence for people from crude oil.
The boiling point of thc is aroud 480f vaporizing at around 500f making it the most easily made fuel known to man. Not just the fact that it comes back year after when grown outside.
supply and demand says that if there is half as much of something the price will double, not the other way aroundWell look at the thc molecule then look a gasoline.
Theres your answer.
Thats street value cause its illegal. Which means nothing if it was industrially grown like corn in kansas. One acre could produce enough thc to run a small home all year.
High street prices is just a result of human greed. If a indoor grown put half its product to fuel those prices would be cut in half.
People on here have the ability and the know how to do it. We are all stoners we make bongs out of toothpicks and two liters. I think we can do this.
you are going to make an alternative to gasoline? That reminds me. No one has answered my question with a yes.
Guess ill just have to do some experiments of my own. What would be the best resin producing plant for this mission?
Might try white widow. Unless someone knows a better plant for the job?
then I am REALLY stupidIm not talking about using hemp. Im talking about using cannabis indica and sativa.
This thread just shows the closed mindness of the human state. If you think its stupid then why are you guys here? Why waste the time?
Its because your interest was peaked by it in some way. So if my thread is stupid then everyone who posts in it is stupid as well.
Yes thats the plan.you are going to make an alternative to gasoline?
out of weed?
at your house?
out of the most expensive plant I can think of?
just because it would be cool? or you are one of those people that think everything should be from hemp?
how about algae? cheap, easy to grow, not $300 an ounce! ( i don't really know what weed costs, I grow it)
Yes thats the plan.
I would grow it myself and process it myself. The reasoning i have for doing this is because its one of the most easily excessible plant based oil. With huge potential.
Gasoline only has the ability to produce 42.2 MJ or mega joules of energy per gallon. Cannabis resin has the potential of 100 MJ of engergy. Thats over twice the potential energy then gasoline.
It would take far less energy and toxic chemicals to produce a gallon of cannbis gas then it does to make a half a gallon of algae based crude oil.
Plus all the water and biomass left over after processing could be used as a great feedstock for livestock or could be reused into a organic fertilizer for the next crop.
If my idea was to take ahold it wouldnt change street prices because what would be used to make the fuel would be industrial grade cannabis not consumption grade.
It would be like feed grade corn compared to food grade corn. Entirely different.
Ya thats why at the age of 21 im running a entire shift in a plastics factory and have the ability to process extremely difficult polymers.Don't take this the wrong way, but please please please.... leave the thinking to someone else...
It's not your strong suit.

Clearly problem solving is my weak point.
No this is it my child is the most advance child in her class. Thats why its not my strong suite.
